Sign-in through cook mode, planning, sharing and the coach view. The recipe is really parsed from BBC Good Food's structured data; scaling, unit conversion, the shopping-list merges and the adapt macros are all real output from the engine.

Walk it end to end

01 Continue with Google to sign in. 02 Scour the pre-filled link → review → Save. 03 On review, change servings — every quantity rescales. 04 Open the recipe → Adapt. Toggle swaps, watch macros move. 05 Cook steps through with hands-off timings. 06 Share adds people with edit or view rights. 07 Plan drops it onto a day; Coach shows Maya's swap. 08 Shop merges duplicates — 4 Eggs → buy 1 box. 09 You flips metric/imperial and every quantity follows.

What's real

Ingredients, quantities, steps, timings, attribution, the 16→12 line merge, and the adapt figures (494 → 231 kcal) are all engine output. Scaling and unit conversion are arithmetic.

What's staged

The import delay is theatre — the real parse takes 12 ms. Sign-in is a button, not Firebase. The coach's suggestion is the stubbed model response.
